At the Urology Clinic at USZ, you work in a highly specialised environment offering state-of-the-art diagnostics and innovative therapies for the entire urological spectrum – from prostate diseases to minimally invasive, robot-assisted procedures. As a central hub, you ensure the smooth organisation of outpatient appointments and thus contribute directly to optimal patient care. You are part of an interdisciplinary, dedicated team at one of Switzerland’s leading urological centres.

Your Main Tasks
- Efficient and demanding planning, coordination and scheduling of outpatient appointments (telephone and written appointment allocation)
- Patient admission and care at reception
- Handling daily business (telephone, mail and e-mail)
- Close cooperation with doctors, hospitals and other interfaces of the Urology Clinic
- Professional written and oral correspondence with various stakeholders (patients, referrers, hospitals and internal USZ interfaces)
- Assuming further general administrative and organisational tasks
- Covering for absences
Your Profile
- Completed commercial or medical training or further education as a medical and/or hospital secretary
- Several years of professional experience in hospital administration are desirable
- Openness to new things and willingness to continuously improve existing processes
- Reliable, team-oriented, flexible and service-minded personality who sees it as a challenge to master a lively hospital day in a team
- Very good IT skills (MS Office, KISIM advantageous)
- Confident German and English in spoken and written form, further language skills in French and Italian are an advantage
