Your challenge
- First point of contact for all workplace and support concerns at the international VP Bank locations
- Independent handling and resolution of incidents, service requests, as well as demanding 1st and 2nd level support cases
- Management of software distributions, workplace provisioning, as well as user and permissions management
- Analysis and sustainable resolution of disruptions in collaboration with specialist departments, providers and external partners
- Operation, further development and optimisation of the Modern Workplace platforms (Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, Exchange Online and Teams)
- Planning and implementation of rollouts, automations, cloud initiatives and workplace projects
- Ensuring service quality, security, standardisation and continuous improvement of workplace services
- International collaboration with the locations Liechtenstein, Zurich, Luxembourg and Singapore including occasional travel and holiday cover
Your profile
- Completed training in the field of computer science (system technology, platform development, business informatics or comparable)
- Several years of experience in IT support, workplace engineering or client management
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, Active Directory, Exchange and Windows clients
- Experience in the operation and further development of workplace services
- Enjoyment of the combination of support, operation and project work
- High customer and service orientation as well as pronounced problem-solving skills
- Independent, structured and responsible way of working
- Willingness for occasional international travel
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
