What is my role?

Our client is looking for a Construction Manager Building Construction (100%) for the Pfäffikon SZ location. As a construction manager, you control complex processes, negotiate with suppliers, lead and supervise contractors on the construction sites. You optimise construction processes and take responsibility for quality, deadlines, and costs.

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training in construction (Federal Diploma Construction Manager Building Construction, Certified Technician Building Construction HF/TS or Architect HTL/ETH)

• Several years of professional experience in construction management

• Age between 25 and 50 years

• Leadership qualities

• Enjoyment of challenges
