Team Leader - Certified Nurse HF/DNII 80-100%

Your Tasks

• Personnel and professional leadership of the nursing team for 36 care guests and 13 apartments with Spitex services
• Co-responsibility in recruiting new employees
• Planning and leading team meetings as well as participating in interdisciplinary reports
• Responsible for organising ward processes, implementing work procedures
• Leading and managing nursing reports, professional nursing discussions and semester reporting
• Co-responsibility for implementing internal concepts
• Active participation in the further development of nursing services in the operation
• Holistic care and nursing of guests in accordance with our nursing philosophy and nursing process
• Taking on tasks as daily responsibility and nursing contact person
• Taking on tasks as topic leader in a specialist area and thus participating in the group-wide network for nursing quality

Your Profile

• Completed training as a certified nurse HF/DNII or an equivalent qualification recognised by the SRK
• Professional and leadership experience in long-term care is an advantage
• Enjoyment in achieving common goals in a small house with close interdisciplinary collaboration
• A warm and humorous basic attitude
• Enjoyment of varied challenges
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form
