You independently set up and operate 5-axis CNC milling machines of the Geiss type safely
You take care of the maintenance and condition of the production infrastructure
You professionally lead 2-3 trained employees and support them in their daily work
You ensure that the specified production deadlines are met
You independently programme using CAM software
You continuously improve manufacturing processes and CNC programmes
You undertake tasks such as deburring, assembling, gluing and inspecting plastic parts
You manufacture small to medium series precisely and efficiently
You independently check quality based on drawings, work instructions and inspection plans
You continuously develop your workplace and bring it to a modern standard
Qualifications:
You have completed vocational training as a polymechanic, production mechanic or a comparable qualification
Ideally, you have experience in CNC 5-axis milling
You are familiar with Siemens Sinumerik 840D or FANUC controls
You work confidently with CAM software and use it purposefully
You have manual dexterity and a good eye for fine finishing
You have a good command of German, both spoken and written
