We are looking for our Ardon residence a:
Social and Educational Assistant at 75%
from 1 January 2027 or as agreed
We offer you to
- ensure the support of beneficiaries within the Ardon Residence in their daily life activities from a psychosocial rehabilitation perspective based on self-determination;
- support residents in their individual projects and goals;
- collaborate interprofessionally with social workers, nurses, ASSC, day centres and workshops.

Your profile
- you hold a CFC as a social and educational assistant or an equivalent qualification;
- you have confirmed work experience in the field of psychiatry or social work;
- with a very good sense of organisation, you enjoy working in a team and being able to take on responsibilities;
- you are proficient with common IT tools (MS Office);
- holder of a driving licence, you have a private vehicle.
