Responsibilities:

• You support production planning and control through detailed target-actual comparisons, variance analyses, and profitability calculations
• You prepare and maintain cost centre and cost unit accounting, monitor production costs, and perform calculations and analyses of standard costs
• You participate in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts and continuously monitor and analyse them
• You apply the SAP Controlling modules (CO), further develop them, and optimise SAP processes in production controlling
• You prepare regular reports and conduct ad-hoc analyses to support management in strategic decisions
• You work closely with the production department to identify efficiency potentials and implement corresponding measures
• You participate in cross-departmental projects and take on special tasks in controlling

Qualifications:

• You have a degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification with a focus on controlling or production management.
• You have several years of professional experience in production controlling, ideally in a medium-sized or large industrial company.
• You possess sound knowledge of SAP CO as well as the FI and MM modules; experience with SAP S/4HANA is an advantage.
• You have strong analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers.
• You demonstrate excellent communication skills and can present complex issues clearly.
• You are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with business intelligence tools is desirable.
• You have very good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
