In this role, you design innovative and reliable IT solutions that are flexible and cost-effective, tailored to the needs of various customers. You plan and implement modern IT environments on-premise, in the cloud, and with hybrid architectures for SMEs and large customers. You use a powerful Swiss high-performance cloud to operate demanding IT infrastructures efficiently and sustainably. With your commitment, you ensure that complex IT landscapes run stably at all times and meet the high demands for performance and availability. In addition, you help shape logistics and service offerings so that customers experience proactive and sustainable IT operations.
Responsibilities:
You actively support and develop customers and their IT environments
You install and maintain Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, VDI systems as well as Sophos Firewall
Maintenance and technical challenges are part of your daily routine, as is 3rd level support
In complex faults, you support the service desk with your expertise
You also actively contribute to IT projects
Qualifications:
You have a completed IT education and several years of experience in system engineering
Your analytical skills and sound knowledge of relevant technologies distinguish you
You work independently and organised and enjoy professional and personal development
You have flawless German skills in spoken and written form as well as very good English skills
