Project Manager Sanitary / Building Services Planner Sanitary (m/f/d)

Role:
As Project Manager Sanitary, you plan and coordinate demanding sanitary projects from design to commissioning. You work closely with all project participants, monitor quality, deadlines, and costs, and contribute to successful project completion.
Responsibilities:
Planning and coordination of sanitary projects
Independent communication and coordination with all project participants in close collaboration with project management
Conducting quality control during all project phases
Preparation of project and execution plans as well as tenders
Carrying out cost-effectiveness calculations, variant comparisons, and cost controls
Accompanying acceptances, handovers, and commissioning
Ensuring timely and high-quality project implementation
Qualifications:
Completed training as a building services planner sanitary
Experience in planning heating and ventilation systems is an advantage
Interest in digital construction and willingness to actively shape further development in Building Information Modelling (BIM)
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
Team-oriented personality with strong communication skills
