In case of disruptions and concerns, you keep an overview, coordinate the next steps and ensure the flow of information
As an interface between customers and specialist departments, you capture needs and develop suitable solutions
You keep an eye on ongoing projects and services and intervene or escalate as necessary
Together with specialist departments, you optimise ICT processes and IT services and identify improvement potentials early
In operational management, you take care of, among other things, licenses, contracts and budget
Qualifications:
You have training or further education in business informatics or IT training with further education in process or project management
You are well acquainted with ITSM platforms and ideally have experience in IT support, customer service or cross-departmental functions
Process optimisation is your strength: you question existing procedures, implement improvements and can demonstrate their added value
Fluent written and spoken German
