EPFL Architect or equivalent, with at least 15 to 20 years of professional practice in Geneva

The Lopreno architects office has around twenty collaborators and has been operating in Geneva for over 40 years, on multiple and diverse projects, both for the public sector and for private clients.

Our main concerns lie in the quality of our architectural output, in the harmony of professional relationships we build within the office, as well as in our relations with our clients, fellow professionals, and service providers in general.

Our office is located on Boulevard des Philosophes, in the heart of the city of Geneva, at the junction between Parc des Bastions and the beautiful 19th-century districts, and the dense and lively streets of Plainpalais and La Cluse.

In order to further strengthen our team and to respond to new commissions and architectural challenges, we are looking for a collaborator who has acquired at least 15 years of professional experience in Geneva offices, holds a university degree or equivalent, and has a perfect command of the French language, both written (spelling) and spoken (without assistance).

We expect you to be able to:

- set up or take charge of certain commissions

- coordinate all contractors and participants

- survey and draw plans at various scales

- prepare submissions and calls for tenders

- lead, manage and animate site meetings

- ensure contractual follow-up of the services of various companies

- coordinate the works (project, costs, deadlines)

- ensure the financial management of projects
