• You independently and flexibly decide which shifts you want to take on – optimal freedom for your planning
• You actively contribute to needs- and patient-oriented care and support
• You keep an overview even in a dynamic environment and confidently master different tasks as well as changing challenges in our six-bed or specialised departments
• As a team player, you promote interdisciplinary collaboration with the departments, our attending physicians, and other clinic areas

YOUR PROFILE

• You have completed training as a qualified nursing professional or are a health professional
• Even with a postgraduate qualification in intensive care, emergency care, or anaesthesia, you are exactly right for our nursing pool
• If you completed your training abroad, you already have a positive PreCheck or a definitive SRK recognition
• Whether you are a career starter or an experienced nursing professional – you are warmly welcome with us either way
• You convince through motivation, reliability, and team spirit. A respectful, empathetic approach to our patients is as natural to you as a healthy work-life balance

In the staff pool, you benefit from high flexibility. You choose which shifts you want to take on and define your workload in advance – tailored to your possibilities and needs. We discuss your induction workload individually, taking your professional experience into account.
