For our client, an internationally active company in the field of optical technologies, we are looking for a precise and skilled individual as a Fine Assembly Fitter (m/f/d). In this demanding role, you will work on high-quality mechanical and optical assemblies and contribute significantly to the quality of innovative products through your careful working methods.

Fine Assembly Fitter (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Assembly of complex mechanical and optical assemblies and systems
• Measuring, testing and adjusting components and assemblies
• Participation in development and prototype projects as well as in series production
• Conducting cleanliness and quality checks
• Proper packaging of components and assemblies
• Supporting various assembly teams depending on qualification and operational needs
• Working under controlled cleanroom conditions with appropriate protective clothing
• Compliance with quality, hygiene and safety requirements

Your Profile

• Completed basic training as a precision mechanic, precision engineer, polymechanic or comparable training, e.g. dental technician
• Professional experience in a comparable role, ideally in optics or precision mechanics
• Experience working under cleanroom conditions is an advantage
• Strong manual dexterity and enjoyment of highly precise work
• Experience in fine motor tasks, for example from watchmaking, optometry or dental technology, is an advantage
• High quality awareness and a keen eye for detail
• Independent, structured and careful working style
• Resilient, flexible and team-oriented personality
• Willingness to work shifts if necessary (early/late shift)
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written
• English skills are an advantage
