You hold a Swiss diploma or one recognised by MEBEKO. You have obtained the FMH title in psychiatry-psychotherapy (or at least the first part of the title in progress), and wish to join a recognised institution specialised in mental health? Within the scope of your role you will be required to:
- Conduct, according to annual objectives and the highest quality standards, insurance, civil and criminal expert assessments. Supervise CNP experts in drafting reports.
- Support doctors in training during the expert assessment process.
- Participate in the continuing education of teams to ensure a high level of competence, and contribute to the development and improvement of diagnostic and treatment methods.
- Take part in reflection and clinical development sessions in an interdisciplinary manner for projects and directions of the Expertise Centre.
- Develop and implement directives and programmes necessary for the department’s objectives, and ensure the smooth running of clinical activities in a spirit of multidisciplinary collaboration.
The skills required for this position are as follows:
- FMH diploma in psychiatry and psychotherapy or equivalent, SIM certificate and ideally holder of a CAS/DAS in forensic psychiatry or equivalent
- Extensive experience in expert practice
- Ideally, knowledge of the Neuchâtel or Swiss health network
- Interdisciplinary collaborative spirit, with ease in working in teams and networks.
- Natural leadership, combined with a developed sense of planning, organisation and decision-making.
- Excellent interpersonal and listening skills, enabling structured interviews, creating a climate of trust, analysing situations and asking pertinent questions.
- High adaptability, with openness to change and ease in adjusting to interlocutors, contexts and evolving methods and work tools.
