Your Tasks
- Maintaining the entire ward and shift operations
- Leading ward meetings and nursing therapeutic offerings
- Carrying out nursing interventions within the framework of Dialectical Behaviour Therapy
- Implementing measures within the nursing process
- Medication management
- Handling and monitoring admissions and discharges in the nursing context
Your Profile
- Recognised professional training in nursing HF/FH
- DBT training/continuing education is an advantage
- Professional experience in psychiatry
- Willingness to engage in a dynamic working environment
- Excellent social skills and communication abilities
- Flexibility, resilience, service orientation
