Team Leader Heating Ventilation (m/f/d)

• Leading the operational team on site
• Responsible for coordinating and executing service, maintenance, and repair tasks for heating and ventilation systems
• Supporting in troubleshooting as well as maintenance and complex repair measures in the area of heating and ventilation systems
• Operational contact person for our customer regarding heating and ventilation systems
• Accompanying, instructing, and accepting performance of commissioned subcontractors
• Participation in on-call duty

• Completed vocational training as a plant mechanic (m/f/d) HKLS, central heating and ventilation builder, or comparable qualification
• Master craftsman or technician in the HLS field
• High customer orientation as well as goal- and solution-oriented working style
• Several years of professional experience in facility management, building technology | building services engineering or in cross-trade areas is an advantage
• Independent and structured working method
• Driving licence class B
• Confident handling of common Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of MSRT and experience with building control systems is an advantage
• Well-groomed appearance, good manners, and confident presence in customer contact
• Team spirit and willingness to participate in on-call duty
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
