What is my role?

• You take the helm for technical customer and engineering projects - from A to Z

• You accompany projects continuously: from the initial idea through smart technical specs to the final go-live

• You have an overview of technical solutions, materials, processes and manufacturing methods - and assess these with a keen eye

• You bring interdisciplinary teams together, coordinate skilfully and lead with foresight

• You are the technical interface to your customers - whether specifications, design reviews or feasibility checks

• You drive industrialisation forward: process validation, FAT/SAT and commissioning support included

• Deadlines, budget and quality? All firmly in your hands

• You recognise risks early and proactively derive the right measures

• You work hand in hand with R&D, operations, quality, purchasing and all relevant departments

• You ensure a smooth transition into production and the after-sales area

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed higher technical college HF in a technical field (mechanical engineering, plastics technology, production technology or similar) - or you have a comparable qualification

• You have already given full throttle for several years as a project manager, project manager or process manager in technical projects

• Production processes, industrialisation and technical development projects are your playground - you know your way around here

• In customer contact, you score with a confident manner and also clearly get to the point with complex technical topics

• Your working style? Structured, solution-oriented and with a high standard of quality

• Ideally, you have already gained experience with FAT/SAT, process validations or technical approvals

• You are fluent in German and English - spoken and written (this is a must)

• You are resilient, assertive and drive your projects forward with vigour and determination
