Your field of activity

• You accompany our patients during their several-week rehabilitation stay and design the care process individually, holistically and resource-oriented within the framework of the key worker concept
• Together with doctors and therapists, you ensure close coordination and effective interprofessional care
• You actively contribute your professional ideas, develop care concepts and workflows and, together with the ward management, contribute to a high quality of care
• You actively help shape a future-oriented specialist field with attractive participation, development and growth opportunities together with a versatile team

Your experience

• You have completed training as a qualified nurse HF/FH. Experience in rehabilitation is welcome but not a prerequisite
• You appreciate personal contact and enjoy accompanying patients over a longer period on their way back to as independent a daily life as possible
• You work responsibly, reliably and in a structured manner, keep an overview even in dynamic situations and bring good organisational skills
• You are an open, empathetic and communicative personality, enjoy working in a team and are keen to explore new paths and actively help shape the further development of rehabilitation
