Introduction

In this versatile role, you combine clinical expertise with consulting, development, and interprofessional collaboration. You support people in complex life situations, empower nursing professionals in their daily work, and actively contribute your ideas to the further development of outpatient care.

Responsibilities

• You take on a central role in caring for clients with complex nursing and health situations.
• You advise, accompany, and support staff with demanding nursing questions.
• You promote professional development within the organisation and contribute to ensuring high-quality nursing care.
• You work closely with internal and external specialists and create valuable connections between different professional groups.
• You bring current scientific findings into practice and continuously develop existing processes and concepts.
• You engage in projects and help shape innovative solutions for the outpatient care of tomorrow.

Profile

• Master’s degree in Nursing Science (MScN), ideally with a focus on Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) or Nurse Practitioner (NP)
• High professional competence and enthusiasm for sharing knowledge and initiating change
• Independent, reflective, and responsible working style
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of interprofessional collaboration
• Experience in outpatient care is an advantage
• Driving licence category B
