Your Tasks

• You will manage the entire employee lifecycle and handle all personnel administrative activities from entry to exit.
• You are a competent contact person and support our employees and managers with questions about HR processes, labour law issues, and general personnel matters in first-level support.
• You have an eye for optimisations and further develop existing HR processes and internal procedures to increase efficiency and quality.
• You participate in varied HR projects and implement them independently to further develop HR services.

Your Profile

• You have completed further training as an HR specialist with a federal diploma and have several years of experience in HR administration.
• You bring high self- and social competence and present yourself in a service-oriented and professional manner.
• You have a digital affinity, are confident in using MS Office, and enjoy working with HR IT systems. Experience with Workday is an advantage.
• You are a motivated individual ready to take responsibility and contribute passionately to the further development of HR processes.
