We are looking for a dynamic RP & Marketing Manager who will act as a key contact point for our clients in the tourism and lifestyle sectors. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing impactful RP and marketing strategies to increase the visibility and influence of our clients in the Swiss market.

RP & Marketing Manager – 60 – 90 % (M/F)

Your tasks
• Independent and paired management of Swiss and international clients
• Design and implementation of RP and marketing projects
• Critical analysis and advice to clients on public relations and marketing
• Writing journalistic texts in French
• Organisation of events, press trips and Fam Trips
• Participation in trade fairs, workshops, press trips and Fam Trips
• Information service and representation of clients’ interests
• Prospecting new opportunities and developing contacts

Your profile
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in communication, RP or marketing
• You have training in communication, RP and/or marketing
• Training in tourism is an advantage
• Good knowledge of Microsoft office IT tools
• Knowledge of other IT tools or programmes is an advantage
• Ability to work under pressure and manage several accounts and projects simultaneously
• Strong writing skills, ability to create clear, attractive and relevant messages (in French)
• You are proactive, organised, client-oriented with strong interpersonal skills and a team spirit
• Occasional availability outside normal hours is required for events
• Public speaking skills are an advantage

Required language skills
• You are a native French speaker and have very good knowledge of German (spoken and written)
• Good knowledge of English
• Knowledge of other languages (e.g. Spanish, Italian) is an advantage
