Who are we?

Dix Lunes SàRL is a Midwives Organisation located in Geneva, offering personalised and respectful support to women, babies and families throughout the perinatal period.

Our team of experienced midwives provides care during pregnancy, around birth and in the postpartum period, both in the clinic and at home.

We offer prenatal and postnatal consultations, childbirth and parenting preparation classes, home births as well as support for breastfeeding and newborn sleep.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a midwife wishing to commit long-term to a human-scale structure, sharing our approach based on listening, trust, respect for choices and continuity of care.

Your mission

You will support women and families with autonomy and responsibility, while working closely with other midwives in the team and professionals in the Geneva perinatal network.

Your activities include notably:

Conducting prenatal and postnatal consultations, both in the clinic and at home.Supporting families in their birth plan and parenting journey.Offering individualised support in breastfeeding, feeding and newborn care. Leading childbirth preparation classes, and depending on your skills, workshops on massage, babywearing or newborn sleep.Participating in home births in pairs and the associated on-call system. After training, performing radiofrequency sessions (Indiba and Winback) for the management of perineal and caesarean scars. Collaborating with professionals in the perinatal network and contributing to the continuity and quality of care. Carrying out administrative reporting and maintaining records.

Your profile

Midwifery diploma recognised in Switzerland.At least one year of professional experience.Ability to work independently, organise your activity and manage priorities.Interest in comprehensive family follow-up and continuity of care.Comfortable with teamwork and interprofessional collaboration. Driving licence essential.Excellent command of French; English, Spanish or Italian are assets.Good computer skills or ability to quickly learn professional software.

Conditions

Activity rate: 60% negotiable

Location: Geneva, consultations in clinic and home visits

Contract type: permanent contract (CDI) with a three-month trial period

Start date: as soon as possible

Salary: according to experience
