We are undergoing an exciting transformation in which digital resilience, governance, and effective ICT & Third-Party Risk Management are becoming increasingly important. For this reason, we are looking for a working student to support our ICT & TPRM team in operationalising key processes. A major focus lies in the context of digital operational resilience; at the same time, it is about preparing content, data, evidence, and workflows so that regulatory and professional requirements can be implemented efficiently and transparently. With us, you will gain practical insight into governance, risk, compliance, and resilience topics in an insurance environment and work closely with our ICT & TPRM experts, the Head of ICT & TPRM, and various stakeholders. You will take responsibility for concrete deliverables and simultaneously develop your practical toolkit further – especially in handling PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, and SharePoint, as well as in creating audience-appropriate presentations and decision-making bases. With a workload of 60%, the position also offers you the opportunity to combine study and practical experience well and to develop professionally in the risk environment.

What you achieve

• You prepare e-learning content, communication materials, and quiz questions on DORA, ICT risks, TPRM, and other operationalisation topics and further develop them
• You maintain and develop Power BI reports, overviews and evaluations, open measures, and management updates
• You ensure that evidence, control proofs, working documents, and process documentation are stored and updated in a structured manner and prepared for reviews and audits
• You contribute to the implementation and group-wide provision of GRC tools and help to map central processes efficiently, consistently, and transparently
• You support SMEs and team members with documentation, data checks, quality assurance, presentations, and management reporting
• You get involved in ad-hoc topics – for example, research, coordination, meeting preparation, status queries, or preparation of decision-making bases
• You assist the Head of ICT & TPRM with administrative and organisational tasks, such as coordination, tracking of pending items, meeting preparation, or maintenance of shared repositories

What you bring

• You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally in business administration, business informatics, risk, compliance, or a comparable field
• You have an interest in ICT, Third-Party Risk Management, regulatory topics, and data analysis
• You have very good German and English skills and convince with a careful and structured way of working
• You have a strong IT affinity; initial experience with Power BI, Excel, or SharePoint is an advantage
