What is my role?

You are responsible for the efficient, timely, and flawless assembly and wiring of electrical couplings. Your main tasks include:

• Performing electrical assembly and wiring work

• Assembling cabling (crimping, Ethernet)

• Functional testing of electrical couplings

• Optimising the assembly of electrical couplings

• Assisting in the planning of coupling controls

• Searching for and resolving faults at the customer’s site (field service assignments)

• Assisting in product development regarding ease of assembly, durability, and simplification

• Creating change requests for product improvements

• Possible supervision of assigned assistants

• Possible deployment in coupling or buffer assembly

• Quality assurance and quality inspection with the authority to take measures and to stop or release processes

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as an electromechanic

• Experience in the assembly of series and individual parts

• German language skills

• Basic IT application knowledge

• Sense of responsibility for the professional and correct execution of tasks

• Quality awareness and punctuality

• Willingness to undertake field service assignments
