About the job

The Pré Pariset Foundation brings together three medical-social establishments (EMS) located on 3 sites in the town of Pully, with a total of 132 beds. It employs 240 collaborators. Our mission is to support elderly people losing autonomy, in long and short stays, as well as in its temporary reception centre (CAT). We also manage a public restaurant, "le Delta", with 54 seats and a terrace.

Activity Manager at 80%

You are a dynamic person, open to innovation and have a clear interest in the development of socio-cultural activities in a multidisciplinary medical-social environment. Naturally unifying and positive, you show empathy. You find it easy to work independently and as part of a team and you lead by example.

As activity manager, you work closely with the managers responsible for other sectors, thus actively contributing to our institutional project "All Together". You guarantee residents the quality of services as well as a welcoming living environment.

Main missions

• Be the guarantor of the institution's socio-cultural services
• Lead and manage a team of about fifteen collaborators (including apprentices, civil servants and external providers)
• Actively contribute to supporting residents as well as to the development of their individual project, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Be present on the ground with the teams and residents to encourage, support and set an example
• As a manager, you participate in important decisions of the institution as well as in the development and monitoring of the budget of your sector, supporting your head of service, the socio-hospitality manager.

Your profile

• HES/ES diploma as a social educator or socio-cultural animator
• At least 2 years of proven experience in a similar position
• Kind, dynamic, organised and flexible personality
• Inspiring and motivating leader
• Customer-oriented with a strong interest in the medical-social sector and geriatrics
• Person recognised for professional, relational and organisational skills
• Excellent command of IT tools (Microsoft Office, SADIES suite, etc…)
• Driving licence mandatory
