Role:
A significant Swiss organisation in the field of housing, care, and support for the elderly, enabling people to live a self-determined and as fulfilling life as possible in various life situations. At different locations, professional care, individual support, catering, hospitality, and other services are combined into a holistic offering. The personal needs of the residents are as much the focus as high quality and modern standards in elderly care.
Responsibilities:
Within the payroll team, you take on a central role and ensure that the monthly payroll processes for over 2000 people run smoothly.
From mutation management to payment processing and accounting, you keep an eye on the relevant payroll processes and ensure their quality.
You independently handle complex cases in social insurance and provide advisory support to internal stakeholders.
You maintain and optimise the payroll and time recording systems used and contribute suggestions for improving existing processes.
Additionally, you take on the professional deputy role within HR services and contribute to the integration of different payroll and employment structures.
Qualifications:
You have solid practical experience in payroll and very good knowledge of relevant HR and payroll processes.
You think in a connected way, recognise interrelationships, and can independently assess complex matters.
You bring a careful, flexible, and solution-oriented working style as well as enjoyment in professional responsibility.
You have confident German language skills.
