YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
• Responsibility for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of PLM systems (including servers, updates, patches, and hotfixes) as well as ensuring system availability and performance
• Monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting of PLM environments including analysis of system resources and log data for error diagnosis and resolution
• Implementation and further development of security and backup concepts (e.g., access protection, encryption, backup and recovery strategies)
• Technical contact for interfaces and integrations within the PLM ecosystem (APIs, middleware, databases)
• Management of user accounts, roles, and permissions including authentication mechanisms (e.g., LDAP, SSO) as well as automation of user processes
• Analysis of existing system landscapes as well as co-design of future architectures and technical concepts
• Creation of technical documentation and close collaboration with internal IT and specialist departments
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
• Completed technical or IT-related training
• Experience in system administration as well as handling databases and complex IT systems
• Knowledge in the PLM environment (ideally Teamcenter), system architectures, and interface technologies
• Experience with security policies, access controls, as well as backup and recovery strategies
• Basic scripting knowledge (e.g., PowerShell, Batch) is an advantage
• Analytical and structured working style as well as pronounced problem-solving skills
• Teamwork skills and good communication abilities in exchange with various specialist departments
