The JMS Group is an independent family business in its 4th generation. We are a regionally well-known company in the building materials sector and hold a strong market position in the German-speaking part of Switzerland in the field of civil and specialised civil engineering. Effective immediately or by arrangement, our HR team is looking for you as a motivated, trustworthy reinforcement for the personnel administration of around 350 employees.

Your tasks
- Handling all HR processes from entry to exit (including recruiting depending on function)
- Payroll including year-end closing tasks
- Advising employees and managers on administrative HR matters
- Participation in HR projects, property insurance (optional)
- Training and supervising commercial apprentices
Your profile
- Commercial basic training
- Sufficient professional experience in human resources
- Further training as a certified HR clerk or HR specialist with a federal diploma or willingness to obtain one
- Friendly, empathetic, discreet personality
- Networked thinking and independent, precise working style
