You lead the Finance & Controlling department as well as a two-person team both professionally and personally
You are responsible for financial, accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting including receivables management
You ensure monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) as well as VAT returns
You are responsible for payroll processing including shift and allowance accounting
You manage liquidity and cash management and support budget and forecast processes
You prepare management reports, analyse KPIs and derive concrete recommendations for action
You develop controlling instruments and financial processes further and drive their digitalisation forward
Qualifications:
Higher education in finance, accounting or business administration
Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting, ideally in a manufacturing industrial company
Very good knowledge of Swiss accounting according to OR as well as solid experience in controlling
Confident handling of ERP systems and MS Excel
Very good German language skills as well as leadership competence, initiative and a pronounced hands-on mentality
