Junior Recruitment Consultant (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
- Acquisition and customer support
- Active recruitment of future employees via various channels
- Conducting interviews
- Obtaining references
- Preparing applicant dossiers
- Presenting applicant dossiers to clients
- Conducting tariff and salary negotiations
- Preparing employment contracts
- Supporting temporary employees during their assignments
Requirements:
- Experience in active sales
- Completed technical vocational training is an advantage, as well as commercial further education
- Excellent communication skills
- High self-motivation and self-discipline
- You enjoy telephone communication and direct customer contact
- Your actions are characterised by networked thinking with a quick grasp
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form; any additional language is an advantage
