Introduction

ACG Partner SA is an independent brokerage office based in Givisiez, active throughout French-speaking Switzerland. Around twenty collaborators defend the interests of their clients, companies and individuals, with insurers.

Our Personal Insurance department is a small, close-knit team. It manages a portfolio of SMEs from very varied sectors, with broad and stimulating challenges. To strengthen it, we are looking for a curious person who enjoys understanding and finding solutions.

Responsibilities

You will take over and independently manage an existing client portfolio, mainly SMEs as well as individuals, in the branches of sickness loss of earnings, accident insurance (LAA) and supplementary accident insurance (LAA complementary). You will also be involved in occupational pension schemes (LPP) and the third pillar.

• Technical and administrative management of contracts: adjustments, salary declarations, premium statements
• Calls for tenders, analyses and comparisons with insurers
• Monitoring and coordination of claims with our partners
• Close collaboration with the advisers responsible for clients and with other departments
• Direct contact with some clients, to answer their questions and understand their needs
• Participation in improving our processes and digital tools

The pace follows the year: more intense periods of calls for tenders and renewals, and daily very diverse questions.

Qualifications

Essential

• AFA insurance intermediary certification
• Proven experience in managing personal insurance files, with an insurer or a broker
• Good foundations in all branches (sickness loss of earnings, LAA, LAA complementary, LPP and third pillar), with expertise in at least some of them
• Excellent command of French, both spoken and written

A plus

• Federal diploma as an insurance specialist or equivalent training
• Knowledge of other languages
