Senior Product Owner - Software Solutions (m/f/d)

Role:
In this role, you shape the future of intelligent coffee machines and beverage systems by taking responsibility for software development. You combine high-quality hardware with intelligent embedded software, connectivity and digital services into powerful overall solutions. You are responsible for the further development of the software products with a focus on reliability, performance and a first-class coffee and beverage experience in gastronomy, hospitality, office environments and retail. You ensure a seamless digital user experience around the performance, operation and service of the machines and bring your experience in professional software development to bear.
Responsibilities:
- You further develop the end-of-line test software professionally and define a clear product vision and roadmap.
- In this role, you capture, evaluate and prioritise requirements from production, quality, R&D and other departments and maintain a structured product backlog.
- You formulate user stories and acceptance criteria and closely accompany the implementation in collaboration with the development team.
- As the product owner for software development, you plan, control and accompany new functions and product releases from the idea to successful introduction in production.
- You analyse existing processes and derive optimisation measures to increase quality, efficiency and user-friendliness.
Qualifications:
- Completed training or degree in computer science, business informatics, engineering or a comparable field
- Several years of professional experience as a product owner, requirements engineer, business analyst or in a similar role in the software environment
- Confident handling of software development processes and agile methods, for example Scrum
- Excellent communication and moderation skills to bring together different stakeholders and develop viable solutions
- Structured, analytical and independent working style combined with quick comprehension and good technical understanding
- Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
