Job Description

• You will receive customer enquiries and handle technical problems
• Customer identification and assistance with the migration to the new E-Banking login application
• Part-time from Monday to Friday (50% - afternoon shifts 16:30 - 21:00)
• Flexible working hours (7:00 - 21:00) with 100% workload from Monday to Friday with an extended lunch break

We expect

• Swiss German / German as a native language (spoken and written)
• Italian spoken and written at level B2/C1 is a MUST
• Service orientation, good PC skills and experience to facilitate customer service are advantageous
• A clean criminal record and debt collection register extract are required for employment

• Permanent employment between 50% and 100% possible. Training phase at 100% (approx. 1 week)
• After successful induction, home office is possible for employees residing in Switzerland
