Quality Technician
- Technician training, HES Engineer in microtechnology or equivalent
- 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in casing or watchmaking subcontracting, a real asset
- Mastery of problem-solving tools
- Experience in conducting internal audits
- Good command of Office tools
- Knowledge of an MRP system and Access, an asset
- Experience in an ISO 9001 environment, a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Analytical and synthesis skills
- Be the Operational Quality contact point with internal and external partners
- Manage non-conformities (NC) and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Ensure the proper functioning of Operational Quality processes
- Establish, analyse and communicate Quality KPIs
- Lead NC / CAPA follow-up meetings
- Create and maintain control plans and quality documents
- Ensure product validations with clients
- Monitor aesthetic criteria and provide training on visual inspection
- Conduct internal audits and participate in client or certification audits
- Train and raise awareness among employees on quality requirements
