Responsibilities:
Management and coordination of construction sites in the field of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning technology
Active participation on site – you not only lead but also practically support your team during implementation
Structuring and monitoring work processes with regard to quality, deadlines, and occupational safety
Technical guidance and motivation of employees on the construction site
Close collaboration with project management and direct communication with clients
Responsibility for material logistics and personnel deployment planning on site
Regular travel within the region
Qualifications:
Completed technical training or degree in HVAC, supply engineering, or a comparable field
Several years of professional experience in the HVAC environment, ideally with knowledge of district heating technology
Experience in site management and team leadership
Hands-on mentality: you like to get involved yourself and see yourself as part of the operational team
Organisational talent, strong communication skills, and assertiveness
Willingness to travel regionally
Driving licence category B
