In this role, you will delve deeply into the world of SAP specialised applications for patient management and actively shape their support and further development. You take responsibility for a stable and efficient operation of the patient management systems and ensure that technical and professional requirements mesh optimally. In close collaboration with the specialist departments, you analyse existing support processes and specifically identify optimisation potentials. You accompany improvement and expansion projects from requirements gathering to implementation and ensure high acceptance of the solutions among internal stakeholders. In doing so, you contribute significantly to the smooth and reliable functioning of the supporting IT processes in the hospital.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring professional expertise for central SAP applications in the area of patient management and medical administration.
Recording, evaluating and implementing change requests as well as sustainable analysis and resolution of application issues.
Organising releases, maintenance work and technical interventions together with internal teams and partner companies.
Designing and supporting connections between SAP and adjacent clinical software solutions.
Collaborating with IT infrastructure, security, technical support and medical specialist departments to continuously improve the system landscape.
Qualifications:
Solid SAP background with at least three to five years of professional experience in analysis, application support or comparable functions.
In-depth understanding of SAP IS-H or related healthcare modules; knowledge of modern SAP architectures is an advantage.
Technical flair for databases, queries, interfaces and error diagnosis, ideally complemented by ABAP experience.
Experience in a hospital environment as well as knowledge of Swiss healthcare billing and corresponding tariff models is advantageous.
Bilingualism German/French at least B1/B2 level in the other language, high social competence and willingness to work on-call shifts.
