Our company is in a phase of rapid development and we are currently looking for a passionate person who wishes to participate in the creation of an ambitious project from the very beginning.

Your mission

As a Cook, you will be responsible for the daily production of meals while contributing to the creation of our culinary identity.

Every day, you will prepare our five menus:

🍽 Dish of the day

• Traditional, family-style and seasonal cuisine.

🌍 Discovery Menu

• World cuisine and original recipes allowing customers to discover new flavours.

🌱 Vegetarian Menu

• Gourmet, balanced and creative dishes.

🍝 Pasta Menu

• Recipes inspired by Italian and Mediterranean cuisine.

🥗 Light Menu

• Meal salads, bowls and balanced dishes.

Your responsibilities

Your tasks will include:

• Preparing meals daily in compliance with quality standards.
• Participating in the creation and renewal of menus.
• Imagining new recipes adapted to our clientele.
• Offering varied dishes according to the seasons.
• Managing raw materials and stock.
• Optimising production costs while ensuring quality.
• Limiting food waste.
• Organising daily production efficiently.
• Ensuring compliance with hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP).
• Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient kitchen.
• Collaborating with management to continuously develop our offer.

• has training in cooking or significant experience;
• masters both traditional and world cuisines;
• appreciates culinary creativity;
• can produce meals in quantity while maintaining consistent quality;
• is organised, rigorous and autonomous;
• understands the profitability challenges of culinary production;

We are looking for someone capable of regularly proposing new recipes and renewing our menu to offer an ever more varied experience to our customers.

All world cuisines are welcome: European, Asian, African, South American, Middle Eastern or Mediterranean.

What we offer

We are a young company under construction.

The position starts with a workload representing about 10 to 20% of a full-time role, to support the launch and development of our activity.

This workload is intended to gradually increase according to the company’s growth.

Our goal is to build a lasting collaboration and ultimately offer a stable position with more responsibilities.

Depending on your involvement, skills and the company’s results, opportunities for advancement will be possible towards roles such as:
