Your Tasks and Perspectives

• Handling internal and external calls at the telephone switchboard, especially during night shifts from 22:00 to 06:30/07:00, occasional day shifts
• Providing information of all kinds about patient rooms, visiting hours, opening times, responsibilities, contact details and locations of outpatient clinics and hospitals
• Calling out on-call and special deployments according to instructions from hospital departments
• Triage of emergencies to the responsible doctors

What You Bring to This Position

• Completed commercial basic training
• Several years of professional experience
• Good IT application skills and manners as well as strong communication skills and high resilience
• Good spoken English is required; knowledge of Italian and French is an advantage
• Flexibility and willingness to work irregular hours (especially night shifts) on all days of the week
