For our client, we are looking for a communicative and tech-savvy individual who enjoys sales and daily contact with people. In this position, you will advise customers, find suitable telecommunications solutions, and ensure a thoroughly successful shopping experience with your expertise.

Sales Advisor Telecom (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Advising customers on mobile subscriptions, smartphones, accessories, and digital products
• Identifying individual needs and developing appropriate solutions
• Active selling of products and services
• Supporting device changes, commissioning, and other service requests
• Competently answering technical questions and assisting with the use of digital solutions
• Ensuring a well-maintained and customer-friendly sales area
• Assisting with inventory management, stock control, and inventories
• Performing various administrative tasks
• Collaborating with the team to achieve shared sales and service goals

Your Profile

• Completed training in retail or comparable professional experience
• Sales experience, ideally in telecommunications, electronics, or multimedia environments
• Strong interest in smartphones, technology, and digital trends
• Enjoyment of advising, selling, and active customer contact
• Confident, friendly, and professional demeanour
• Independent, reliable, and customer-oriented working style
• Very good German skills; additional language skills are a plus
• Flexibility and willingness to work at different locations if required
