Solution Architect CRM 80-100% (m/f)
We have plenty of great tasks for you:
- You are responsible for the end-to-end solution design of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Dataverse platform
- You further develop the CRM target architecture for sales, service, marketing automation, and customer engagement
- You define central CRM data models, platform standards, and governance guidelines
- You ensure that CRM solutions are implemented close to standard, scalable, performant, and maintainable in the long term
- You design standards for Dataverse, model-driven apps, security roles, solution structures, and ALM
- You are a sparring partner for specialist departments, the CRM team, SAP/integration teams, and data/analytics managers
- You manage external implementation partners professionally and ensure comprehensible architectural decisions
