Responsibilities:
Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to Swiss GAAP and OR.
Monitoring and analysing financial key figures to support corporate goals.
Budgeting and forecasting: preparation and control of budget planning.
Conducting variance analyses to identify deviations.
Participation in the further development of reporting tools and processes.
Collaboration with internal and external partners to ensure efficient communication.
Preparation of ad-hoc reports to support management.
Qualifications:
- Completed training as a finance and accounting specialist with a federal diploma or a Bachelor in Business Administration.
- Good SAP FI/CO knowledge and experience in application.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in controlling or finance.
- Analytical thinking and a strong affinity for numbers.
- Teamwork skills and high personal responsibility.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English.
