Business Process and IT Manager (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF95,000 - 120,000Responsibilities:
- You will maintain and further develop our logistics, billing, and interface systems.
- In this role, you will technically integrate new customers, for example via XML and webshop connections.
- You analyse existing processes and implement targeted process optimisations.
- As Business Process and IT Manager, you lead and accompany projects related to systems and processes.
- You coordinate customer service, operations, and external IT partners to ensure smooth workflows.
- In this role, you ensure stable operational day-to-day business and support departments with technical queries.
Qualifications:
- Completed training or further education in processes, logistics and/or with a technical background
- Experience in analysing, designing, and optimising systems, interfaces or ERP, ideally with parallel logistics
- Very good understanding of operational processes, preferably in logistics, as well as strong analytical thinking skills
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style with enthusiasm for cross-departmental collaboration
- Strong interest in operational processes and willingness to actively contribute in daily tasks
- High IT affinity and practical experience with ERP, WMS or other operational systems and interfaces as well as very good German communication skills
