ICT System Specialist 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Do you want to not only operate modern IT infrastructures but actively further develop them? Then this position offers you the opportunity to take responsibility in a versatile system landscape and help shape demanding digitalisation and security projects.

Your tasks

In this varied role, you are responsible for the operation, further development, and optimisation of the IT infrastructure. Among other things, you will undertake the following activities:

• Planning, configuration, and implementation of complex IT infrastructures and services

• Operation, maintenance, and continuous further development of the system landscape with a focus on automation and scripting

• Participation in 2nd level support including dispatcher function (approx. 30-40% share)

• Participation in forward-looking IT projects such as Identity & Access Management (IGA/IdAM), passwordless authentication, as well as other automation initiatives

• Further development of the IT security architecture in the area of perimeter and cloud security

• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation as well as support during audits and compliance matters

What do I need to be successful?

You have a solid IT education and bring experience in operating modern IT infrastructures. In addition, you convince with a structured and solution-oriented way of working.

Ideally, you bring the following:

• Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or a comparable IT qualification

• Further education (HF, FH, CAS) or certifications in the areas of automation, Identity & Access Management, IT Service Management, or related fields are advantageous

• Experience in operating Windows and Linux server environments as well as security solutions

• Very good German and French skills, both spoken and written

• Analytical thinking, quick comprehension, as well as an independent and reliable working style

• Enjoyment in developing sustainable solutions together as a team
