Your Main Tasks
- You support the department management in professional and organisational leadership tasks, share responsibility for personnel deployment planning, accompany new employees, and promote team development
- You actively contribute to ensuring and further developing laboratory quality, implement quality standards, and participate in shared governance committees or specialist groups
- You take part in projects and change processes in the highly specialised environment of the Immunology laboratory/DPM and bring your professional expertise specifically into innovation and optimisation initiatives
- You support the achievement of target objectives according to the strategies and annual goals set by the DPM and the Clinic for Immunology
- Co-responsibility for the training, further education, and professional development of the subordinate employees
- Constructive promotion of interdisciplinary internal and external collaboration and communication
- You actively work in routine tasks and contribute your expertise
Your Profile
- Completed training as a Biomedical Analyst HF or Biomedical Laboratory Diagnostician FH, preferably with leadership experience or qualification as an Expert in Biomedical Analytics and Laboratory Management
- Experience in the field of Immunology is an advantage
- High motivation to continuously develop the Immunology field in collaboration with the department management
- Strong organisational skills and sense of responsibility
- Ability to communicate across all hierarchical levels
- Familiarity with digital media, good German language skills in spoken and written form
