Role:
An internationally oriented company in the field of real estate investment and asset management that supports professional investors in developing and implementing long-term investment strategies.
The field of activity combines real estate investments, project development, financing, and portfolio management, thus covering various areas of real estate value creation.
Employees work on demanding investment and real estate projects, analyse markets and opportunities, and maintain contact with various internal and external stakeholders. The internationally influenced environment offers insights into different markets and business models as well as numerous interfaces between finance, investment, real estate, and project development.
Responsibilities:
You actively shape corporate controlling and develop structures, instruments, and processes for uniform financial management of the group.
Together with the budget managers, you steer the planning processes, prepare budgets and forecasts, and ensure consistent financial planning at both company and group levels.
Through meaningful reports, KPI evaluations, variance analyses, and ad-hoc evaluations, you create transparency about the economic development.
You further develop standardised analysis tools and reporting solutions, thereby supporting the standardisation and professionalisation of corporate controlling.
Qualifications:
A completed degree in business administration, finance, controlling, real estate management, or a comparable qualification forms your professional basis.
You bring several years of professional experience in corporate controlling and ideally know the requirements of a real estate or fund environment.
Analytical thinking, a strong understanding of numbers, and the ability to get to the point with complex issues are among your strengths.
Very good Excel skills are required.
An independent, solution-oriented, and implementation-strong working style characterises you. You communicate very confidently in German and English.
