Responsibilities:
You actively manage properties, including condominium and co-ownership communities as well as residential properties
You prepare owners' meetings
You take care of re-letting, inspection and handover of rental properties
You maintain communication with owners, tenants, caretakers and authorities
Qualifications:
You have several years of professional experience in property management
You have completed a commercial basic education
You have completed further training in real estate or a comparable qualification
You are confident in using IT applications
