Production Operative in 3-4 Shift Operation

We are continuously seeking a motivated individual for our client, a renowned company in the Hochdorf LU region, as

Production Operative (m/f/d)

• Operation and monitoring of production equipment
• Ensuring compliance with quality and hygiene standards (GMP)
• Assisting with setting up and adjusting machines for various production runs
• Conducting visual inspections and quality checks on finished products
• Maintaining cleanliness of the work area and assisting with cleaning tasks
• Documenting production data as part of the quality assurance system

• Ideally some initial professional experience in production or food processing
• Experience in the food sector is advantageous but not mandatory
• Familiarity with hygiene and safety standards in industry (GMP knowledge desirable)
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity in handling production equipment
• Careful, independent and team-oriented working style
• Flexibility and willingness to work shifts (early, late and night shifts possible)
• Good command of German, spoken and written, is essential (at least B1)
