Certified Nurse in the Pool
You will take on
- The execution of professional care and support for our patients and their relatives
- Responsibility for the care process of a patient from admission to discharge in the sense of primary nursing
- Goal- and solution-oriented work in the interdisciplinary treatment team
- Guidance and support of trainees and new employees
You bring with you
- Completed professional training as a nursing specialist HF / FH
- Ideally several years of practical experience in nursing in a surgical and/or orthopaedic specialty
- Experience in a Swiss acute hospital
- Creativity, initiative and resilience
- Enjoyment of interdisciplinary teamwork
- Solution-oriented, networked thinking as well as a high sense of responsibility
