Responsibilities:
You review procurement requests and assess suitable suppliers and subcontractors.
You compare offers in terms of price, performance, and contractual conditions.
You evaluate technical documents and specifications for procurement.
You conduct price discussions and negotiate terms with suppliers and partner companies.
You coordinate order dates and quantities with the responsible project managers.
Together with the project organisation, you ensure material availability.
You actively contribute to the further development of purchasing processes.
You maintain purchasing information fully and up to date in the ERP system.
Qualifications:
You have several years of experience in purchasing or from a technical environment.
A transition from site management to purchasing is possible with appropriate practical experience.
You can independently assess quotations and technical documentation.
Experience with building materials, construction services, or related products is an advantage.
Negotiation skills and a good understanding of costs and conditions are among your strengths.
You work organised and reliably even with multiple procurement processes.
Additional language skills and ERP experience are further advantages.
You communicate confidently in German in a professional environment.
