What is my role?

• You coordinate and dispatch vehicles, drivers and orders efficiently and on time

• You are the central interface between customers, drivers and internal departments

• You plan tours and routes optimally, taking into account time windows and cost-effectiveness

• You respond flexibly to short-term changes and find quick solutions in unforeseen situations

• You monitor the transport process and ensure smooth operations

• You document all relevant processes in the system and maintain communication with all parties involved

What do I need to be successful?

• You have completed commercial training or a comparable qualification

• Ideally, you have experience in dispatching.

• You work in a structured manner, keep an overview even in stressful situations and make quick decisions

• You communicate confidently and politely by phone and email

• You are proficient with MS Office and common dispatch systems

• You are an organisational talent with a strong service mindset

• You enjoy working in a team and are flexible with your working hours
